I developed The Mindset Movement with the system that I use with my 1:1 coaching clients. In order to get what you want, you need to have a solid foundation. In my self paced coaching experience, I break down the exercises in the order that I think is most important for the best benefit. I provide a video training, as well as the exercises that I have provided in this guide.
